The Loggia is the largest apartment of Villa Pecille and occupies the first floor of the historic Villa. It has 4 large bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower, a dining room with a stone fireplace, a large living room with panoramic windows overlooking the valley, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, from which there is access to the private outdoor terrace, equipped for outdoor living.
La Torre with its majestic tower, is the oldest part of Villa Pecille. The apartment is spread over 3 floors and includes a private terrace for outdoor dining. On the ground floor there is a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The first floor has one charming bedroom, with adjacent bathroom with bathtub and shower and a second large bathroom which serves the master bedroom upstairs. A short flight of steps leads up to the tower bedroom with picture widows affording breathtaking views of the entire valley.
La Vigna is located on the side of Villa Pecille which faces the Conca d’Oro valley of Panzano with its famous vineyards. The apartment is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor has a comfortable living room, separated from the dining room and kitchen by a large fireplace, open on three sides. The first bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower floor with direct access to the surrounding garden. The other 2 bedrooms are situated on the second floor, in two distinct wings of the apartment, each with its own bathroom.
The apartment takes its name from the ancient column (colonna) that stands in the centre of the living
room, with its traditional fireplace. A few steps lead down from the living room into the kitchen and
dining room area, which has a panoramic view over the valley through an arched window.
A spiral
staircase around the column leads to 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor. 2 other bedrooms, also with adjacent bathrooms and accessed via a few steps, are located in a wing of
the apartment near the main entrance facing the swimming pool.
La Limonaia is located on the side of Villa Pecille facing the village of Panzano in Chianti. The apartment occupies one floor and is entered from the private terrace which is furnished for spending time outdoors. The entrance leads into a single large room which comprises the living room and the dining area with fully-equipped kitchen and a charming fireplace. La Limonaia has a spacious bedroom, with lovely views over the garden, the swimming pool and over the vineyards and olive groves in the valley. There is a well-appointed bathroom with a shower adjacent to the bedroom.
